5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Live Goods Shipping

Live fish and invertebrates are shipped only on business days using insulated packaging and oxygen-support measures.
Delivery dates must be provided accurately; missed deliveries may jeopardize the welfare of live goods.
We cannot guarantee 100% survival due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier handling).
All orders are required to be videotaped while opening within an hour of delivery notification, for any claims to be made.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone.
Once dispatched, live goods orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

8. Returns and Refunds

Non-live goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition not including postage.

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.
