Little Lotl’s : The company operating this store, registered in Victoria, Australia.

Customer : Any individual or entity placing an order on our website.

Goods : All live and non-live aquarium products sold by Little Lotl’s, including fish, corals, invertebrates, plants, equipment, and accessories.

Order : A purchase request submitted by the Customer through our website.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.
Upon acceptance, you will receive an email confirmation—this constitutes a binding contract.

We endeavor to keep stock levels up to date; however, availability may change without notice.
If a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is due in full at the time of order via credit/debit card or PayPal.
We use industry-standard encryption for payment processing; we do not store your payment details.

We ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne facility.
We do not ship outside of Australia.
Standard parcels typically arrive within 1-4 business days for live goods and 3-7 business days for dry goods; expedited delivery options are available at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Once goods are dispatched, risk transfers to you. We recommend inspecting parcels immediately and notifying us of damage within 2 hours.
Shipping of all live axolotls is $50.00 within 1-3 day express post areas anything outside of these areas may incur additional fees, re delivery fee of $35.00 will be incurred if you are not available on the day of delivery and delivery is needed to be rescheduled. We use Both Team Global Express and Australia Post for our deliveries.

Live fish, amphibians, plants and seeded media are shipped only on Mondays (Temperature and Public holidays permitting) using insulated packaging and oxygen-support measures.
Delivery dates must be provided accurately; missed deliveries may jeopardize the welfare of live goods.
We cannot guarantee 100% survival due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier handling).
All orders are required to be videotaped while opening within an hour of delivery notification, for any claims to be made.

Non-live goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
To initiate a return, contact our support team for a Return Authorisation.
Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Your purchase is protected by Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Except as required by law, we disclaim all other warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Lotl’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the Goods.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our products.

All content on this website, including text, images, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Little Lotl’s.
You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without our written consent.

We collect and use personal information to process orders and communicate with you.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any dispute arising under this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian court
