What Does B Grade Mean?
 
Petal is classified as B Grade because of minor aesthetic differences only.
 
B Grade does not mean sick, unhealthy or unsuitable as a companion animal. Petal is healthy and established. Her grading simply acknowledges cosmetic differences compared with an axolotl sold as standard grade.
 
Petal personally considers this administrative nonsense and has rated herself eleven out of ten.
 
Shipping
 
Live axolotls are transported with Team Global Express under Little Lotl’s approved live-animal shipping arrangements.
 
Shipping for up to three axolotls is:
 
$50 to eligible Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra metro destinations
$70 to eligible Perth metro destinations
$100 to eligible regional and non-metro destinations
 
Remote locations may require an individual freight quote or may not be suitable for live-animal transport.
 
Live axolotls are normally dispatched on Mondays only, subject to suitable weather, public holidays, transit times, carrier availability and animal-welfare considerations.
 
A $35 redelivery fee may apply if delivery cannot be completed.
 
Still cycling your aquarium? Petal can be held by arrangement for $5 per week or part thereof until her new home is ready.

Petal is a large, established axolotl who enjoys calmly observing aquarium activity and keeping track of anything that might involve food.
 
She appears entirely unconcerned by the B Grade label and frankly has more important matters to attend to, primarily dinner.
 
Behaviour may change as an axolotl settles into a new environment, but our observations help you get to know the individual animal you are choosing.
