Sonny’s Personality

Sonny approaches aquarium decorations as though each one may contain the answer to an important underwater mystery.

Plants require inspection, rocks deserve thoughtful staring and any movement near the food container receives immediate attention.

Nobody knows exactly what Sonny is thinking, but Sonny appears extremely committed to it.

Behaviour may change as an axolotl settles into a new environment, but our observations help you get to know the individual animal you are choosing.

What Makes Sonny Special?

Hypo Golden Albino axolotls display lighter, softer pigmentation than typical Golden Albinos.

Sonny’s colouring includes gentle golden, creamy and buttery tones, creating a softer appearance than the richer gold seen in many Golden Albinos.

Think sunshine with the brightness dial turned down to pleasantly dreamy.

Colour may vary slightly depending on aquarium lighting, photography and screen settings.
