Axolotl KH Buffer 7.2 is a specialised aquarium water conditioner designed to raise KH (carbonate hardness), stabilise pH, and create safer, more stable water conditions for axolotls and freshwater aquatic animals.
 
Aquarium water with low buffering capacity, particularly soft tap water, can experience rapid pH drops over time. Low pH levels create acidic water conditions that may stress axolotls and contribute to painful acid burns, poor health, and unstable aquarium parameters.
 
Axolotl KH Buffer 7.2 helps prevent dangerous pH swings by increasing carbonate hardness and maintaining a stable pH above 7.2. The formula also contains added calcium to support strong bone development and overall axolotl health.
Made with chemically clean phosphates, this advanced buffering formula is designed to stabilise water chemistry without significantly contributing to unwanted algae growth when used as directed.

Directions for Use
Add 1 level teaspoon (5g) per 10 litres of aquarium water.
This dosage will raise KH by approximately 7 dKH or 125 ppm and help stabilise pH above 7.2.
 
For best results, test KH and pH regularly and adjust dosing as required to maintain stable aquarium water conditions for your axolotl.
